@ Jeni - it's some what a balancing act between the inner rotation of the thighs (i.e. taking outer thigh towards floor to widen pelvis) and a gentle tuck/lengthening of the tail bone. nither should be taken to an extreme, plus but rooting the tops of the feet into the floor you maintain active legs and integrity in both the feet and lower leg. |
