I love this asana a lot too! I teach yoga in India and find that most of my students love this asana . The spine feels great and it also works the core. Esp when you are going all out in a power vinyasa class and you can use this as an asana to slow down and re energize the body and mind! |

Oh do I love this website. Not only has it saved me money but I get to do Yoga on my own time. THis pose was very effective on my core I felt. A lot of poses are. Love this website |

Also chaturanga dandasana / bhujangasana are good for junkies because it makes the veins in the arms more pronounced. |

The best way to begin any new pose, is to read through the entire description first. When you have a more complete understanding of the pose, then go ahead and give it a go. If you find you still do not quite feel competent, look for another image or description before continuing on. =] |

my teacher tells me this combined with cow is great for occasional "smokers" as it massages all the gunk up from the bottom of the lungs and is an area of the lungs that is not massage/used a lot or easily. |

I agree with the sounds audio button but for a different reason. ifound this site on my laptop, and tried it out straight away. But it was a pain having to keep looking up to check if i was doing the position right. it would be cool if there was an audio button to read the text for me! |
