Thank you! I have done this pose many times before and found it challenging. With the above instructions, I came to the pose easily. Additional prep poses - Parivritta Trikonasana, Parivritta Parsvakonasana, Gomukhasana (legs), Matsyendrasana helped for me. |

This one is really great! I find it flows best for me from revolved high lunge, put arms down and then lift. It's one of my favorites and definitely one of those poses that you feel like a superhero when you get over your monkey mind saying "no" and just DO it! I just tried KII in the past week and it is harder, but you have it in you! (Anon, you are funny!) |

jessi- it is if you practice properly- hips stacking, bones free to externally or internally through the legs. |

This pose is not as challenging as it looks. Just come into side crow with chaturanga arms and then straighten the legs. The leg on the bottom goes out and the one on the top goes back. Falling on your face a few times before you get it is always acceptable. |

I think the photo is beautiful and understand what the pose is supposed to be. The directions take careful reading to understand them, but I think they are clear enough. I'm excited to try this :) |
