This is good for young gals but not for Seniors (in their 70's and 80's) Where can I find a class for us older gals?

@ Steve - the details for Crane pose mentions that most students will need to bend their elbows to make this pose and that's considered fine. It might be more "correct" to keep the arms straight, but also much more difficult! Haven't gotten this one down yet, although I can do regular Crane pose now as long as I bend my arms.
