Anne Frankle

This is good for young gals but not for Seniors (in their 70's and 80's) Where can I find a class for us older gals?

Tess

@ Steve - the details for Crane pose mentions that most students will need to bend their elbows to make this pose and that's considered fine. It might be more "correct" to keep the arms straight, but also much more difficult! Haven't gotten this one down yet, although I can do regular Crane pose now as long as I bend my arms.

Steve

the model showing this pose in Mays issue has both her arms bent (chaturanga dandasana).
What's up with that ?

zheroewon

well then you know where to start!

Ava

I have been doing yoga for 5+ years. This is a hard one. I would consider it advanced.

Alec

I've been doing yoga for less than a year and have got it down. just practice.

Lina

I can't even do regular crane.

Lydia

Curious how much training one receives before being able to master this? How advanced is it?
