maybe the chin is dropped to increase the spinal stretch.


if lower back injury is a contraindication, then maybe we won´t be able to reap the benefits for sciatica, bc we won´t be able to do it.
i thought the anatomical focus would be centered on the thighs and abdomen to keep the pose. also the belly naturally hardens a little.


this pose is really good ,but what should be the time limit?


She looks a little closed up. I would expect her chin higher, especially for naleid.


what about the hands and the arms?


In some classes they say you have to keep your chin paralel
