I suffer from benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) for which I take medication. Unfortunately, the medication has caused some side effects. Can you suggest some yoga poses or exercises that may help manage my condition? |

Hi, i have found that if i bind my knees with a belt, it allows me to surrender. As I relax i let the belt out a little each time but still feel the opening in the hip. I found this when i hurt my hip and i was so tight it was painful to sit in easy pose. |

I had the same question as Anonymous. I was looking around online and saw this article on yoga journal called "Poses for Stiff Students." This is something I see very commonly in my students and this article was very helpful to me: http://www.yogajournal.com/for_teachers/2014 |

I am looking for a modification to sukhasana for men that are inflexible and have a hard time sitting in this pose. I have modified the pose sitting on blankets, bolsters and back against the wall, but looking for other alternatives. |

I'm looking up simple yoga poses to do in the mornings and evenings and this is PERFECT! I have practiced yoga on and off since I was a child in classes and on my own. I'm making it a daily habit to practice yoga as part of my new year resolution and I am VERY excited to get started with this one! |
