It's always best to start with the 200 program to get a good base but really need the full 500 program to be able to teach effectively. Also, make sure to have a daily home practice and class practice established for 6months to a year before teaching. The experience will make you a better yoga instructor

are you doing teacher training?!
Parvatasana -interlock fingers in front of you, turn palms out, extend arms above your head.
Parsva Balasana - lateral childs pose, from extended childs pose, turn the belly over one thigh, walk hands out to 45 degrees. nice side stretch.
parivrtta balasana -on all fours slide one arm between other arm and leg until head is on the floor. it's a twist that stretches the back of shoulder
eka hasta balasana -one hand childs pose, stretch only one hand forward, rest forehead on other forearm
paschima namaskarasana -hands in prayer position behind the back.
Hope this helps!
