If your right nostril air flow is blocked , lie on your left side and do this asana for about 15 mins, and you can clear the air flow in left nostril.
For the left nostril, lie on the right side.

Basically to release blocked nose lie on the opp side and do this asana for 15mins.

Why can't I balance on my side? I keep rolling toward the back...

This pose is very simple and easy for begginers. I highly recommend this pose for those of you who want a toner and tighter abdomenal core.

I don't find it easy. I find it near impossible!!! It is usually accepted to perform this posture using a strap to allow for tight hamstrings.
