What does it mean to bend from the groin? I know the difference between bending from the waist and the hip, but the groin?
Does it mean that the whole pelvis tilts forward with the torso?


i m 86 kg i dont hav this much flexibility what should i do


This is lovely, but I have opened this link a number of times, and the contraindications/cautions won't display - most frustrating!


What does this pose stretch??


That looks very good, and I like to stretch. But what about people like me getting "Back on the Road" after a year after total hip replacement on one side. Can I do poses like this? In some area's I have read not to do these poses if I had a total hip replacement, but my Doctor who performed the procedure told me that I could not cross my leg over the other. So I do not see a problem with that. What do you think?
