I'm trying to locate an old issue that had 3 or 4 hand mudras, how to do them, and what they meant. Can you help me out?
thanks,

maria

In your instructions you indicate to sit in siddhasana as show in the picture. However, the picture does not reflect siddhasana. In siddhasana or perfect pose both soles are against each other.

there's a beautiful earth salutation sequence in the Dru yoga tradition,Ii do it often, outside in nature. Very calming, very peaceful and great for feeling grounded and connected to the earth. Practice your gratitude.

in classical yoga chandra namaskar moon salutation is just as valuable sun salutations .in tibetan practice perhaps?

Michael

I would like to know if there is such an animal as the moon salutation, performed in a sequence, as in the sun salutation? I give a class at night, outside, under the moon.

Secorito

I want to know if you know some Prakritti Namaskar (Earth salutation)
