I'm trying to locate an old issue that had 3 or 4 hand mudras, how to do them, and what they meant. Can you help me out? |

In your instructions you indicate to sit in siddhasana as show in the picture. However, the picture does not reflect siddhasana. In siddhasana or perfect pose both soles are against each other. |

there's a beautiful earth salutation sequence in the Dru yoga tradition,Ii do it often, outside in nature. Very calming, very peaceful and great for feeling grounded and connected to the earth. Practice your gratitude. |

I would like to know if there is such an animal as the moon salutation, performed in a sequence, as in the sun salutation? I give a class at night, outside, under the moon. |

Sorry, but this is not anjali mudrā, though it does really well explain what is known variously as namaska^ra mudrā, namaste mudrā or prānām mudrā. Anjali mudrā requires the arms to be extended overhead, saluting the deity. |

There is a moon salutation in the book Hatha Yoga Illustrated. It's simular to the Bikram half moon pose. |
