I have much more limitation twisting right . How can I reach the same flexibility on my right side , does it come from gluts or abs ....

Maxine- sometimes cracking and crunching in the knee means that there is compression in the knee joint. Vjrasana with a yoga mat rolled firmly and placed behind the knees can help. Take it slow and use blocks, goal is bring the sitting bones to the heels, it took me about 3 months to do that.

I am curious what difference it makes having the foot of the upper leg also uppermost; i.e. when legs are to the left side, the left foot is uppermost. I naturally want to put the opposite foot on top. Can anyone give me the reason why this positioning is important? I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

I get very nervous when I do warrior pose. I have arthritis in my right knee= from a jknee injury. when I do this pose my knee is crunching and cracking. How can I modify this pose?

i would love a yoga cd ..i prefer gentle hatha yoga...do u offer one of these for sale....i find i like to listen to the instructions and assume the pose rather than watch a video....i also like vinyasa sequences...
