When you lift your knees, it seems that your buttock also want to tighten , are you suppose to release or engage your buttock? |

I am really into yoga. I practice 7 days and nights. It has really helped me in all realms of my life including Mental Health recovery (OCD). I also lost a lot of weight and am in great shape. Since I learned that Yoga is Sanskrit for Unity I really apprecitated this practice, since I regularily meditate as a Spiritual Practice. |
