When you lift your knees, it seems that your buttock also want to tighten , are you suppose to release or engage your buttock?

Landi

can any body tell me the duration to perform this asana?

Jacque

After a day of packing boxes and preparing to move this pose really helps me center and release some tired and stiff muscles! Thank you

Heather

matthew

I am really into yoga. I practice 7 days and nights. It has really helped me in all realms of my life including Mental Health recovery (OCD). I also lost a lot of weight and am in great shape. Since I learned that Yoga is Sanskrit for Unity I really apprecitated this practice, since I regularily meditate as a Spiritual Practice.

Chandrika

This pose is explained in such simple language even a little kid would understand. Thank you very much.

Rekha

Nice way of explanation it will be really helpful for who wants to practice TADASANA, but one has to be careful while practicing this asana if not it will lead to cramps
All the very best viewers and kindly find time and practice!

Aman

Hey ! Why the language is so complicated . It becomes really hard to figure out what actually the text is trying to say . It took me 1 hour to understand this simple pose . Description is great but the language could a bit more user friendly . We users don't want to sit next to a dictionary to figure out meanings .

Ana Ancines

I would love videos to reinforce the learning and practicing of the pose!
