Yoga Fan

This pose is good for flexing and stretching your spine and hips. People with back problems have to be careful doing this pose. Take it slow and modify it by reducing the degree of the turn as well as the position of the leg.

Just curious! How did this pose positively change your love life?!

I've great difficulties to go into this pose my teacher says that's probably the length of my femur, or could it be because my shoulders are extremely tigh???t

This pose gave me great results in my love life as well as my mountain running career. This pose no doubt changed the way I think about yoga, but also the abductor policis brevis muscles in my hand have greatly increased.

Avoid any position that places pressure on the foetus, there is also the risk of SPD. Remember there are two people to protect, not just one.

how about the sitting bone? both sitting bones are on the ground?

For pregnant women I generally advise twisting in the opposite direction. Same pose setup, just twisting without the major compression of the middle...
