Ruth Mullan

Thank you so much for the helpful, kinda and detailed advice. I am a new yoga teacher and your site has become my study bible!! Paula I think you should appreciate the intension, and modify it for your class.

I think this was great. Above comments seem kind of petty.

Paula

In the classes I teach we are in a circle so mirroring images doesn't work and reading instructions like the above with the pic reversed is not helpful so have to ignore the pic

Rachel

I think it is helpful to have the description of one side and the photo of the other. Both are useful. Thanks for such detailed work!

Lori

Description should match the picture. The above is backwards.

sigrid

I agree with Kim 100%. As a beginner it is very difficult, to follow the instructions when the photo is reversed.

kcoop

Thanks Kim-I find it easier with the picture and the description match. Thanks!

Kim

Yoga Journal, it would be helpful if the person in the photo was performing the pose on the same side as described in the instructions. I've noticed this with other poses and photos as well. Thanks!

Gyl

Would like more sample videos included in the descriptions of each pose. Very helpful to see it.
