During this pose when I repeat it 3 or 4 times my quadriceps muscles get fatigued so much that I cant go through it 4 times. What's the reason? Any body have an idea? |

Thank you for this page and the great backbending modification. However, I have to take issue with the wording in the Anjali Mudra modification, where it specifies to use the palms "like a crank" to increase the twist. This wording is far too forceful and may cause students to lead themselves past the appropriate and into injury. |
