During this pose when I repeat it 3 or 4 times my quadriceps muscles get fatigued so much that I cant go through it 4 times. What's the reason? Any body have an idea?

Why is it dangerous to practice this posture if you have low blood pressure?

Thank you for this page and the great backbending modification. However, I have to take issue with the wording in the Anjali Mudra modification, where it specifies to use the palms "like a crank" to increase the twist. This wording is far too forceful and may cause students to lead themselves past the appropriate and into injury.

As a relatively new yogi, ,I'd like to say thank you for this website.
These photo demos show me just how much I have to learn in my practice. It's exciting to know I have much ahead of me. How beautiful it is to see, the full expression of this pose. Namaste!
