I have trouble doing push-ups. Are there other ways I can strengthen my arms so I will be able to do push ups?

Had to chuckle at your "nearly 70" year old lady in side plank as I am "nearly 80" (77 in March) and not only enjoy side plank, but headstand and handstand as well Still working on my arms for backbend so your article on strengthening was much appreciated.
