Debra

I have practiced yoga periodically, but have Chronic fatigue Syndrome and want to obtain strength and experience less fatigue. Please tell me what are the best poses for healing major chronic fatigue?

I have students who inspite of practising yoga daily, have stiff shoulders. What can I do to help soften and ease them

yogagrl258

i'm a fairly new instructor and one of my students asked tonite if yoga was a practice that could be done daily, even though he's feeling the soreness in his quads from all the warrior poses. he wondered if recovery days in between would be best, similar to weight training. thanks for your advice.
