In the US, '101' is a term that refers to the basic course in post-secondary education. So in college if you started taking Spanish or English the very first course would be English 101 or Spanish 101.
In regards to that, she is saying Meditation 101, as in the basics. Hope tat helps.

I have been practicing at home regularly since 2003. Primrily Hatha which evolved to Ashtanga now it's all about props. I just completed a meditation workshop with Sally Kempton and finally realize what has been the message from the start. Still the mind. My major shift occured when I learned how to relax into the divine seat and discovered how effortless and blissful meditation is.

I've been struggling with a meditation practice and have written it off many times as something that is just not for me. Yet, I find myself coming back to it again and again. I'm aware enough to recognize that my desire to have a meditation practice is significant enough to pay attention to. I found this helpful. I started yoga in school in 10th grade.. I hated it at first! as I gone on an doing it I was losing weight and my body was so strong. I then realized I loved it. Meditating is awesome, just sitting and breathing, so relaxing:)
