I do so enjoy your articles, got up early, was going to go back for a "nap" and thought "NO"...
Yoga it is; I did yoga for years, but have to admit, got away from in....BUT now I will be in "TRUE" form, mentally and pysically, as I PROMISE to do yoga, once to twice a day; just the breathing and meditating itself are a "JOY".......IF more folks took time to "Smell the Roses" and do Yoga........what a more stress-free life they would live.
