i have an elbow bursitis (i am not sure how i got it)
Any recommendations: should i stop my practise for a while or avoid certain poses and if so which ones?
Many thanks

Cynthia Diane

Yesterday during savasana in yoga class, the instructor came over to me and squeezed the top joint of my feet. In the past she has done this with no problem to me. Yesterday, the squeezing was painful to me. Do you have any idea what might influence this kind of reaction? Many thanks.
