Everyone wants to know who oneself is at some stage in l
life, no matter what you are....a criminal, a law-abiding
citizen....or a yogi! When you do find time on your hands,
do give it a try to this simple exercise of self-scrutiny....
Swaddhyay in Yoga. It gets really absorbing.....You also get into the habit of taking an objective look at who you call
"me","I", "myself", etc.....

i am very pleased to read the above article about meditation.Parma Hansa yoga Nanda ji said.{you can't find God with intelligence}no questions asked, just let go & follow the flow of Breath.
Blessings & Namaste.

Who am I? Who wants to know?

Aren't questions framed like this just new acts in the ego circus center ring? Isn't a better way to phrase the question "What's this?"

Loreen Richer

Yes! And it IS all it's cracked up to be, and worth any and every effort!

Lizz

I appreciate the simple path to something so profound! Thank you

Alec
