Did this this morning after sleepless night and stressful work day yesterday. Feel refreshed, light, calm, centered and less stressed and less vulnerable to what the day will bring.


Love this practice. It invites a quiteness of the mind and the body. I like to incorporate this at the end of my asana practice.

the yoga tecnics really helped me fell calm


preathing exercise and meditation realy very good.
i feel very light my body.few days i am doing.some change my health,preasher and oxcine.


This was amazing. When I was imagining the ball of energy in between my hands they actually started shaking like mad!
