Hi Rhonda, I have the same thing too. Every savasana brings coughing....I am not sick. but when I get into the posture I always cough. trying to find the reason.
Can you tell me why I frequently have a coughing attack within a few moments of Savasana?
try drinking celery juice twice daily, make it fresh yourself ,add some orange or pineapple to improve the taste.It worked for me, make it part of your diet.
I have arthritis in my knees, back, and lower spine, and it is beginning in one of my ankles. Standing poses are to painful and stiffness and pain won't allow. Are there any simple floor poses that I can do in order to keep my hips, back and knees somewhat more pliable than they are. It is at the point where I have to use a device to put my socks on in the morning, and another device to pick up my dog's poop where it is next to impossible to bend over or squat. any suggestions or ideas?
