Can I do all these poses if I have lower back problems?


Yes, you can lose weight from practising hot yoga only though.


I currently using this sequence for a second time as a way to train and prepare for enjoying a return to rock climbing. I was amazed to find that having core strength is more important than anything else when it comes to feeling confidently strong.

this is really good for my stomach since i left gymnastics n i can nearly do my handstand again which i am happy about !!!


Very helpful for a bad back. Now part of my regular routine, though I've substituted headstand for the handstand.


Yeah, I'll be hitting that handstand soon. Nooooo problem.
