I use this verse just to read to students, usually at the end of a class. It's by the English hippy group The Incredible String Band, if anyone's interested; unless they lifted it from somewhere else!

I too came to Kundalini through a workshop with Gurmukh after having practiced and studied Hatha Yoga in many forms for over 30 years. I truly believe that it is the only sustainable way to go and while I still enjoy a vigorous vinyasa or a hatha yoga practice, it is the Kundalini energy that will keep me young and fit and mentally healthy,as I reach into middle age and beyond.
I like the information on Kundalini. I started with Hatha Yoga many years ago and only recently started Kundalini after watching Maya Fiennes on BIB Sky channel, here in Britain. I bought all her DVD's and Kundalini has touched my heart. I agree that the Aquarian Age is all about spiritual change and after having come from Mexico, in October, I learned that many of the locals believe the same. I think Paramahansa Yogananda said it best when he said, "The Western day is nearing when the inner science of self control will be found as necessary as the outer conquest of Nature,' and The science of yoga really is a bombproof shelter. "
Please incorporate more Kundalini kriyas and meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
