I usually do this asana, but canot bring my chest and face showing upwards. The teacher should be able to help you, I did not have any teacher or help from any good teacher.

How can I get my weight balanced on shoulders and head to do the head stand. I do it but against a wall. Been trying for awhile. Thanks for any tips.

Kim I think it is a very good way to start. Try the simple postures that aren't very complicated and really let yourself relax in them. Remember to take all the time with each pose that feels good and to breath! Yoga is for you, you can do any pieces of it that you want!

Hi Michael. It's probably (do asana on each side..) 'with the exception of paschimottanasana' because you bend forward, so there is no other side (because you're only bending forward).

how do u do stuff like dat....i dont even know how to do all that......im tryna excerise so my muscles can be loose.......do you think this is a good way to start??
