Wow, it made me think of my day to day movements in life!!! slow down and enjoy=) love this
So enjoyed this...thank you. Read it first with my usual' get to the end fast' pace, and then read it mindfully and ...gratefully and with grace , set my course for the day. Thank you again
I can SO relate to the statement about it's not the actual speeding up of the "hurry" but the thought process that I'm not where I think I should be at any given moment -- missing the very moment I'm in. Thanks for a well written explanation!!
This article just reminded me of one of the old school songs with these wordings "back to life, back to reality" and also makes me appreciate my present condition. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful words, thank you for making me realise everything does not have to be tackled straight away, that it is OK to rest and just enjoy the ordinary moments!
NICE ARTICLE WITH POSITIVE ATTITUDE
It's nice to read an article that brings us back to the present. We mostly live in the past and future with our busy lives.
I just did a short version of the meditation at the end in corpse pose with a pillow under my back and my laptop on my chest! It felt wonderful... and the sound part was so relaxing, everything is kind of like windchimes in that state.
