i live in the hills in the uk,surrounded with green fields and mountains.I do get up early to meditate on a mantra,need yoga to come into my life and need to practice pranayam,but everyone scares me saying its very dangerous as i have a weak digestive system and poor memory and may be suffering from mild depression.please what would you recommend.thanks
