Meditation- meditation mai tan or mann ko santi milti hai,
or saat mai appki nai sakti or uurja ka bikas hota hai
I'm very much postive about the benefits of yoga as it helped me to reduce my blood pressure and I am completely off from meds now !
There is actually scientific research showing different levels of rest achieved in different meditation practices. Some, are deeper than others. And in particular the Transcendental Meditation technique showed a reduction of metabolic rate, respiration and cortisol indicating a profound state of relaxation, much deeper than sleep.
I agree except for the last paragraph which I thought sort of pigeonholeing meditation.
