the outer part of my knee hurts whenever i even lightly attempt the bow pose. even though i am fairly limber for a beginner all i can do is grasp my foot. flexinf my foot helps itto not hurt but then there is so much muscle tightening i cant move my foot back.
could you tell me about shoulders. how to teach man with injured shoulders?
