Stephanie Rogers at South Boston Yoga is a fantastic up and coming teacher... she has smart sequences and really flawless cueing. She really helps me find my way into deeper poses. She deffinatly one to watch as she grows a a teacher.

Lauren S

Cahla Bloom in NYC. Apparently, because of her dedicated following of private clients, Cahla donates the funds from all her studio classes to spay and neuter stray animals in New York. She has been practicing for years and is just amazing to watch! She only teaches occasional studio classes at Greenhouse Holistic in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, but it's a real treat when she does. She's extremely knowledgable about the body, alignment, diet, nutrition and buddhist philosophy. She has a grad degree - I think in philosophy or psychology. She's really good at communicating complicated ideas so that they connect with the listener. The kind of teacher that makes you cry because you find something in yourself. Her adjustments are AMAZING too. She's also a massage therapist. This is her website: cahlabloom.com
