As one who frequently has a morning stuffy nose and would otherwise avoid pranayama, Bhramari often opens my sinuses up a bit. Not quite the intent of the exercise, but if it ultimately let's one participate in pranayama, it must be a good thing! (It actually is my favorite method of pranayama.)
