The Starving Yogini
LOVE this sequence. Perfect post-holiday yoga, I think
what a great sequence - even for men. Am still working on my flexability and balance so this will not be QUITE so playful. LOL
Debbie- good for you. hope I am still playful at 73!
boy, that girl is flexable, love her warrior I pose. I will aspire to become closer to these poses. Just a thought, what about adding a urdhva dhanurasana using a chair, that is a lot of fun.
I am 73. Can't do the poses you describe, but recently I had the urge to play. So I bought a racket and a ball and started hitting it against the wall in my carport. The wall is not smooth so the return is not predictable. This makes it fun. I know that this sounds silly, but it really makes me feel good. Just 10-15 minutes.
Very playful sequence!
I'm learning a lot of great sequences here. Thank you very much yogajournal. More power!
