I have real trouble getting into Saddle Pose given that I have very tight ankles. Can you suggest a variation please? Thanks

Yes, I agree. Pictures of the explanation or drawings would be helpful. I tend to click back and forth to get a better idea of how the pose should work.

i would like to see poses of the yin yoga poses

If you're not new to yin yoga but want a wonderful hour-plus practice, I'd suggest Erin Fleming's Yin Yoga CD.
Also, I've been experimenting with saddle pose and nadi shodana.
Somehow, the two seem to really complement each other. Alternate nostril breathing allows me to go more deeply into the pose, and the pose allows me to really lengthen my breaths and retentions.

Same comment, please add some miages to exemplify it would be very helpful.

Thankful for the written explanation, but I would love to see pictures of the poses, it will make it easier for me to follow on the Yin Poses.... Appreciate you help on this...
