I have actually done this flow sequence in a heated power class many times. The article was so well-written that I could actually imagine each and every part of the breath and position of each part of my body and how each were linked together. I can't wait until my next power yoga practice to explore this vinyasa flow sequence again! I want to feel that vinyasa body/breath dance with this new and fresh perspective.
