HI, am having problem like Dana Pottratz. BENDING IS NOT A PROBLEM. But bringing my leg down on on the ground is pain. Also, fm plank to right leg forward, is a huge pain for me.. been practisng yoga for abt 14 mnths now. what shd i do? pls help

Sounds like classic sciatica pain, most likely from bending from your spine and not your hips. You should really see a doctor if the pain has continued for a long time.
I have been having pain in my right hip, deep within the buttock for over two months. It was set off during a home yoga practice session. I'm not sure, but I think I was doing a seated pose with my legs spread wide and at some point my right hip popped rapidly out of the socket somewhat and then slid right back into place. This hurt a lot, and now triangle pose, lunges and most other standing poses where I bend over have become excruciatingly painful. What should I do?
