Walking has innumerable benefits. It is the also the best way to see a place and is good exercise too. It connects us with nature and people. With meditation, there is an added incentive. I walk endlessly with great results.
I really enjoyed this article...I try to do this when ever possible....even everyday.It leaves you with a SPECIAL sense within yourself that is simply so relaxing.

Agreed! I dont want to go to the MD whenever life gives me additional stress. Enjoying a long walk is far superior to medication for me (of course I recognize medication has a place in wellness). I love these alternatives YJ introduces. Best, Jim
