What is the key to staying there? I am nearly sixty and have always been able to do handstand, but do not know the technique to stay balanced for very long. Are the hands straight or turned slightly out or in for longer balance. Please enlighten me. I would like to manage to stay there at least for 30 seconds
You do not kick up in handstand you float up.using less effort finding your internal center and pulse .visualize flying using moderate energy.
