Ingredients

  • 1⁄4 cup almond milk or soy milk
  • 1⁄2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds, ground
  • 1 Tbs. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. hemp oil

Preparation

  1. Using a blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Serve in tall glass.
