Cashew Vanilla Cream

If you don't have a high-speed blender to make this delicate dip, you can grind the cashews in a coffee grinder, then place the powder into your blender so the consistency will be smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 11/2 tsp. agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract

Preparation

Blend all ingredients with 1/2 cup water in blender on high speed until smooth and creamy. Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.
