You may use a frozen melon or a mixture of melon with other fruits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe or other melon, cubed and frozen
  • 1 cup chilled soy or rice milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 2 Tbs. honey

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Scrape down once, and process again. Serve immediately.
