Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom or beefsteak tomatoes (1 1/2 lb.), sliced
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. Four Peppercorn Mix
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh oregano

Preparation

Slightly overlap tomato and mozzarella slices on serving platter. Drizzle with oil, season with salt (if desired), and sprinkle with freshly ground Four Peppercorn Mix. Garnish with chopped fresh oregano.
