Mustard-Dill Dressing

A tangy, easy-to-make accent to grain and mixed green salads alike, this dressing is also a great marinade for grilled tofu or tempeh.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbs. rice vinegar
  • 6 Tbs. dark sesame oil
  • 3 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. tamari or reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
  • 1 Tbs. Dijon mustard

Preparation

  1. In small bowl or glass jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Whisk or shake until well blended.
