Ingredients

  • 2 cups flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flake

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until creamy.
