Using prepared orange marmalade makes this sauce a cinch to whip up.
- In small saucepan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- In blender, combine marmalade, capers, cayenne and 3 tablespoons water. Add garlic mixture and blend until smooth. If sauce is too thick (it should be pourable), add a little water.
