This Mediterranean condiment is a nice change from ketchup and mustard.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (about 1 tsp.)

Preparation

  1. Purée all ingredients in blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
