Sesame Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbs. tahini
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients and process until well blended. Taste for seasoning. Serve over mixed salad greens.
